Terms of Service

Welcome to Santos VI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 4zwppk-sb.myshopify.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Santos VI. "You" means the person placing the order.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Email is our support channel. We answer every email within 24 hours, seven days a week.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
  • You must provide a delivery address that is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • An order placed on 4zwppk-sb.myshopify.com is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where the item is unavailable, where the price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
  • Order confirmations are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Check your spam folder before contacting us about a missing confirmation.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and include any applicable tax.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the checkout page.
  • Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee. That fee is set by them, not by us.
  • Any compare-at price shown alongside a product is our own reference price for that item. Promotional pricing applies only while the promotion is displayed.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship worldwide, with free shipping and no minimum spend.
  • Dispatch and transit times are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
  • Import duties or taxes charged by your own country are your responsibility. We cannot calculate or pre-pay them.

5A. Pre-order terms

  • The Santos VI LED Resin Lamp is currently sold on a pre-order basis. This is stated on the product page, in the announcement bar and in our Shipping Policy before you reach checkout.
  • Your order is dispatched approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date you order, followed by the transit time in our Shipping Policy.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order, which is what reserves your unit from the production run.
  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email santosvi6@outlook.com with your order number.
  • If a production run is delayed we will email you with a revised date. If the revised date does not suit you, you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Add-on services

Optional add-ons may be offered at checkout. Each is defined below. If you did not select an add-on at checkout, it does not apply to your order.

  • Shipping Protection. Covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it once at no cost to you, or refund it in full at your choice. Claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, or of the last carrier scan where the parcel never arrived.
  • Skip The Line. Moves your order to the front of our dispatch queue so it is packed and handed to the carrier ahead of standard orders. It shortens the handling time only. It does not upgrade or shorten carrier transit time, and it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Lifetime Warranty. Extends the standard warranty in section 7 to cover manufacturing defects for as long as you own the product, with no end date. It is limited to a repair, a replacement or a refund at our option, and it covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, modification, or damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose. It is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Mystery Box. A physical bonus item, selected by us, shipped inside your order at no extra shipping cost. The contents are not disclosed before delivery and cannot be chosen, exchanged or returned separately. It is not a competition, a lottery or a game of chance, and it has no cash value.

7. Product safety, care and warranty

  • The Santos VI LED Resin Lamp is a solid cast resin and hardwood display lamp with a low voltage LED sealed into the base. It is a decorative object for domestic indoor use only. It is not a toy and it is not a light fitting.
  • It is heavy. Stand it on a flat, level, load bearing surface, well back from the edge, and out of the reach of small children.
  • Use only the power supply and lead supplied with the lamp. Do not substitute another adaptor, do not alter the wiring, and do not run the lead under a rug or across a walkway.
  • Do not use the lamp if the lead, the connector or the base is damaged. Disconnect it and email us.
  • Keep the lamp dry. It is not weatherproof. Do not use it outdoors, in a bathroom, or anywhere it can be splashed.
  • Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heaters. Sustained heat and ultraviolet light can discolour cast resin over time.
  • The LED is sealed into the base and is not user replaceable.
  • Clean with a dry or barely damp soft cloth only. Do not use solvents, alcohol, glass cleaner or abrasive pads. They haze the polished resin surface permanently.
  • Do not drop, strike, cut, drill or re-polish the piece. Cast resin can chip, and the edge of a chip is sharp.
  • Do not modify the product. Modification voids all warranty cover.
  • Standard warranty: we warrant The Santos VI LED Resin Lamp against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date. This covers defects in materials or workmanship, including failure of the LED in normal use. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, chips or scratches from handling, discolouration caused by sunlight or heat, misuse, or modification. Our remedy is a repair, a replacement or a refund at our option.

7A. Independent design

Santos VI is an independent design studio. Our lamps are original works of art, inspired by the neon and sunset visual language of Miami and of the open world crime genre. They are not licensed by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment or any other rights holder, and no such association is claimed or implied.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy sets out your return rights in full and forms part of these terms. Where our Refund Policy and these terms differ, the Refund Policy applies to returns.

9. Intellectual property

  • All content on 4zwppk-sb.myshopify.com, including the Santos VI name, logo, product designs, photographs, video and written copy, is owned by us or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially use any of it without our written permission.

10. Reviews and content you send us

  • If you send us a photo, video, review or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing and on our website and social accounts.
  • You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • We may remove any content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or off-topic.

11. Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including manufacturing delays, carrier disruption, natural events, industrial action or government action. Where such an event occurs we will contact you and, if you prefer, cancel and refund your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in them limits your rights under the consumer law of your own country where that law applies to your purchase.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on 4zwppk-sb.myshopify.com at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
